Frequently Asked Questions

What Should I Wear?

Form-fitting shorts and tank top/sports bra are recommended for proper skin-to-pole contact. Jewelry such as rings, watches, bracelets, ect are not permitted during class. Avoid wearing moisturizers or lotion before classes,  particularly oil-based products as it will interfere with grip on the pole.

Are there gender restrictions?

There are no restrictions as to who can attend classes, we welcome every body into our studio as long as they are of AT LEAST 18 years of age.

I've never taken a class, where should I start?

Our Intro to Pole classes are the first step in your journey, perfect for the peeps with little to no experience. New students are also welcome to take our Stretch & Flow classes which are non-pole and do not require any experience level.

Late Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before classes. A 5 minute grace period is in place, however you must make the warm-up prior to class. This is for your safety, there are zero exceptions. You may cancel class up to 12 hours prior to class time at no charge, after 12 hours you will lose the class credit. Failure to cancel a class reservation (I.e. No Show) will result in account suspension.

I have no dance experience or upper body strength, is this for me?

Hell yes this is for you, pole is for every body! No prior experience or background in dance or fitness is required to start your journey. We offer classes for all skill levels and encourage the progress and growth of each individual at their own pace. Whether you are first time student or an advanced dancer, our instructors are here to guide, challenge, and support. We got you!

 Drug/ Alcohol Use

We do not allow drinking or drug use in our studio. If a student arrives intoxicated, that student will be asked to leave and will forfeit their pass.
