Available Classes

Intro to Pole

New to pole dance? This is the class for you! In this class you will learn basic hand positioning, beginner tricks and transitions, and pole terminology all while building body awareness and strength. No prior experience required as this class is introductory. We recommend this class be taken 3-5 times before advancing to the next level.

Level 1/2

Take your skill set to the next level in this class as we begin to learn fundamental movements such as climbing, sits, tricks and transitions, different hand grips, and inversions. This class focuses on building the body awareness, strength, and endurance needed for a seamless transition to the next level.

Level 2/3

 In this class we will build and strengthen your foundations while developing new techniques and skills such as aerial tricks and transitions, static tricks, and more complex combinations.

*Ability to invert and climb seamlessly is required for this class.*

Low Flow Heels

In this class we will start to learn proper technique and heel work while developing our own individual styles using creative prompts and pathways. You will be guided through sequences and progressions while exploring your own sensual expression.  Knee pads and socks and/or heels required for this class.


*Some experience required* (Recommend at least 1-3 Intro classes before taking)*

Floor Flow

Meet us on the floor for this class as we build our skillset off the pole. Various movements such as waves, slides, rolls, stands, and splits will be incorporated into a small sequence for us to work on during each class while building fluidity and presence. Variations are offered for any skill level.

Private Lessons/ Parties

Private one on one and group lessons available, as well as larger private parties upon request. Contact studio to schedule.
