A pole dance studio located in the heart of Westbrook, ME,  Steel in Motion was founded to provide a space that offers more than just dance or fitness classes, a unique environment in which students are challenged to create, learn, and grow at their own pace. We aim to cultivate an encouraging and safe place for all to express themselves freely. We welcome all to join us and learn to ride the steel.
